1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by emailing dramversepvtltd@gmail.com with registered email, plan name and payment reference. Cancellation applies prospectively after review of work already delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed service activation, incorrect billing or cases where work has not started. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where supported.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Amounts may be non-refundable where project work, design, development, hosting setup, third-party integration, support hours or consulting has already been delivered or reserved.
4. Timeline
Refund review generally takes 5-7 working days after receiving complete details. Bank/gateway credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are requested to contact Dramverse support first with transaction ID and issue details so the matter can be reviewed and resolved with proper records.
