2. Account & Email Verification
Customers must provide accurate details. Email verification may be required before accessing protected pages, support tools or payment activation.
3. Pricing & Payment
Published subscription prices are monthly service/support charges unless stated otherwise. Custom work is quoted separately. Payment is collected only through approved checkout or authorized business channels.
4. Service Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on scope, customer approvals, access availability, third-party dependencies and integration requirements. Delays caused by missing inputs or external services are not treated as default by Dramverse.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must not use Dramverse services for unlawful products, prohibited services, misleading content, impersonation, unauthorized payment collection, data misuse or activities restricted by banks/payment gateways.
6. Limitation
We provide services on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for third-party outages, gateway downtime, domain/hosting provider issues or losses caused by incorrect customer information.
